Event hosting rates

The Foundry has spaces available for community use! We cannot guarantee availability, so please email [email protected] to book space.

Space Rental Rates (as of August 2017)

Community Space

  • Use: Conferences, Events, Seminars, Film Screening, Art Gallery/Showcase (limited use for musical purposes, please inquire)
  • Hourly Rate: $75 - 2 hour minimum (includes 1 hr of setup/cleanup) + $25 each additional hour
  • Discounted Rates: If you are a non-profit, a community group or a Foundry member/business resident, please email us for discounted rates.
  • Event times: 9:00am-10pm (11pm on Fri/Sat)
  • Size of Space: 800sqft
  • Number of Guests: Up to 50 seated, 80 standing
  • Table spacing: can fit (10) 8ft table booths around perimeter
  • Parking: Off street parking available for up to 30 cars
  • Included: 40 Chairs Available, 12 Tables (varied sizes), Screen, Trash and Recycling, Sound System, Restrooms, Use of kitchen for overnight food storage and food prep, Entry is from the side door, large deliveries can be received through front roll up/carriage doors-event organizer must be available for deliveries
  • 1-4 outlet 110 volt (standard) plug 
    *Note* Space is heated. No air conditioning.

Classroom/Meeting Space

  • Use: Small meeting space for brainstorming, meetings and trainings - semi private
  • Hourly Rate: $30 - 2 hour minimum + $15 each additional hour
  • Event times: 9:30am-8:30pm
  • Size of Space: 300 sq ft
  • Number of Guests: 15 seated, 20 standing. Fits (4) 8ft  tables
  • Parking: Off street parking available for up to 30 cars
  • Included: Wall to Wall White Board - please bring dry erase markers, 15 Chairs Available, Tables, Restrooms, Use of kitchen for overnight food storage and food prep, Entry is from the side door, Large deliveries can be received through front roll up/carriage doors-  event organizer must be available for deliveries, 1-4 outlet 110 volt (standard) plug

Covered Patio Space (Available June-September)

  • Use: Available for Events, Conferences, Seminars
  • Hourly Rate: $100 - 2 hour minimum (includes 1hr setup/cleanup) + $25 each additional hour
  • Event times: 9:30am-Sundown
  • Size of Space: 1700sqft
  • Number of Guests: 125 Guests, 80 Seated
  • Parking: Off street parking available for up to 30 cars
  • Included: There is no outdoor lighting available. Plan to bring your own if your event happens after sundown. We have some lighting available. 3 - 110 volt (standard) plug, 40 Chairs Available, 12 (6,8 and 10ft varied)Tables & Sizes Available, Trash and Recycling, Restrooms, Use of kitchen for overnight food storage and food prep, Entry is from the side door, Large deliveries can be received on the patio, event organizer must be available for deliveries

**No alcohol is allowed during events, unless the event is free. Wristbands are required.**
