Leather Satchel

This is an advanced class that requires skills that have been taught in earlier classes. Most of the time will be dedicated towards construction.  The instructor will discuss different leathers, and how to choose the right material for future projects. Tool usage will also be covered more in depth so that participants feel confident knowing what to use when. After a basic refresher in stitching and hardware, the instructor will demonstrate ways to plan out large paneled projects. Upon completion of this class each participant should be comfortable with stitching and installing hardware, dying and gluing, and have a good understanding of the fundamentals of constructing multiple paneled pieces.
