Auction Item 3: Bed backboard or Room divider This item is a combination bed backboard and room divider, designed and created by longtime Foundry supporter, Juliet Root.
Auction Item 4: Set of Adirondack Chairs Made by Baker Victory Services WAY Program students, learning hands-on skills for pathways to employment. Made out of sustainably harvested tigerwood.
Auction Item 5: Sculpture One of a kind sculpture by local artist and chair of The Foundry board of directors, Sarah Fonzi. Sarah has exhibited in Atlanta, New York City, France, Buenos Aires, and Buffalo. In Buffalo she has completed public art commissions at the downtown headquarters of Delaware North Corporation, The Hub at Swan St and Michigan Ave, Isleview Park, and Five Points Bakery.
Auction Item 6: Build Day at The Foundry Build at The Foundry with up to 10 people. Select 1 of 3 projects available (bird feeder, metal garden sculpture, laser-engraved cutting board). Day includes either catered breakfast or lunch, hands-on instruction and completion of take-home project, material costs included.
Auction Item 7: Mahogany Bookshelf Made by experienced woodworker and woodshop supervisor, Jim Lamp. This piece is a reproduction of a Federal Style Boston 2 Part Mahogany Counting House Bookshelf, valued at $7,000.
Auction Item 8: Upholstered Chair Upholstery by business resident Sarah Campbell of Sit Buffalo.
Auction Item 9: Live-edge Desk This desk uses black walnut that was cut down on the west side of Buffalo, processed and dried at The Foundry. Made by Executive Director Megan McNally and board member Russ Reinagel.
